Andrea Clementi, better known with his stage name Sheridian, is a guitarist, pianist, songwriter, remixer, Dj and music producer. He is an exponent of the Future House, Nu Disco and Nu Funk movements.

Born on January 15th, 1994 in Rome, he started exploring and loving music from an early age, thanks to his father’s Classic Rock and Progressive Rock record collection. The first meet with music comes at the age of 8, when he starts playing violin, switching to guitar at the age of 10. During Classical Guitar studies, lasted until the age of 14, he starts appreciating both Hard Rock and Electronic Music, making his first composing experiments. During High School years he intensifies the Electric Guitar studies and practice, as the passion for Heavy Metal and Progressive Metal grows up in him. He also begins to write his first songs in English. He also founds and plays guitar in several groups active in the local scene, also learning fingerstyle acoustic guitar techniques. In 2011 he gets passionate about the new wave of Progressive House, experimenting with synthesizers and composing short instrumental tracks. He also starts playing live as a DJ in small venues and local shows. In 2012 he co-founds the electronic duo “Soundcrafters”. Playing and producing mostly Drum n’ Bass and Dubstep, the duo participate in the American band Linkin Park’s “Lost In The Echo” Remix Contest set up by Indaba Music in November of the same year, winning it and securing the release of their remix in the Bonus Edition of the band’s album “Living Things”. In 2014, after the duo part ways, he chooses the stage name “Sheridian” and starts sculpting his signature sound, aiming towards a revisited version of Progressive House, inspired by Swedish artists Axwell, Eric Prydz and Avicii. He remixes several tracks between 2014 and 2016, getting good reviews from both the insiders and the audience. In 2016 he attends the prestigious Berklee College of Music, where he studies Songwriting under the guidance of Neil Diercks, author of several greatest hits. In this period he starts incorporating Rock n’ Roll, Funk and English Progressive Rock elements in his songs. In April of 2017 he releases the single “Time” in collaboration with American singer Chris Burke. The track gains the attention of important Djs and producers such as Cedric Gervais, Sam Feldt and Wolfgang Gartner. Later he starts adding more and more elements of the sound of the 80’s in his productions, resulting in “Round and Round”, single penned alongside singer Thomas Daniel, with major Future House and Funk influences, announced at the beginning of January and coming out in February.
